yes. I think that a full hrotgar race 5.0 and them focusing on their location on the first would have been better, and then save full viera race for 6.0 and make us go to their jungle or viceversa. They promised two very good races, and we ended up with two buggy messy glitchy unfinisehd halfs of two races that few ppl play due to their low quality

Yeah, same here. I wonder how much of it is due to some sort of problem in the pipeline when it comes to receiving feedback? It's very strange to me that they're aware of the demand for very niche requests such as the wedding outfits being unlocked for both genders but were unaware of the desire for male characters to have the stubble depicted in recent promotional footage for the game. Equally, I'm also baffled by how they were able to find out that there was a lot of demand for viera to be added to the game but completely miss the fact that many of those requests were put forward with the assumption that both genders would be added.

As much as I enjoyed the game in the past, I find myself sitting on the fence these days as an increasing amount of content seems to be implemented on a partial, limited level.

I hope they're a bit more forthcoming about their future plans so more players know exactly where they stand.

They probably didn't have an answer, better to not address something you can't answer/have already answered. Plus they've been asked about the Viera and Hrothgar already MULTIPLE times, same question topic thats already been answered a few dozen times before ShB even dropped. So you can get that they'd rather answer a joke/unimportant question now, and address the same questions they've been asked about for Viera later when they have something to show for it.
I guarantee, nothing would change and the exact conversations now would still be happening even if SE gave a Nod to it and say they can't make promises.....I mean they ALREADY said that, and here people are still asking the same questions, demanding more answers.
So no matter how you look at it, nothing would change. Better to not hurt themselves saying something that may or may not happen, and get peoples hopes up like they did when they said "Stay Tuned for next Fanfest"
If anything, I bet most of ya'll would be even more harsh on Yoshi and team if they tried to address it and couldn't give answers...

They never "promised" anything, at least from what i remember. We were teased viera, and at least for me, i was like "oh.. Guess we are just getting a female only race" and just shrugged it off and hopped for a new tank. The thought didnt even occur to me that we would get a male viera until i saw the threads asking about them.

Then they showed hrothgar and i got excited and im pretty sure they said at the time, due to rushing to have ready for launch, some things would be missing (helmets, hairs, etc.) I just didnt think both would be as limited as they were, namly hrothgar with two hairs per face type and there only being like what 4 faces, and only way to change anything is to change faces..

Definitely want to be able to use hairstyles that are earned/bought, those should be a given and should be implemented first followed by hair shared/what they can give with hrothgar, then the ability to use those hairs on all heads.

When was this? I don't remember a "Promise of 2 very good Races"
And you should go to other worlds, my World has quite alot of Viera and Hrothgar.

Yeah, on Light, female Viera are very popular. I see Hrothgar's of course, but it's about the same as I used to see male Roe's. Which makes sense, a lot of the Roe population switched.

As for demanding an answer, well, I just want to get out of this limbo state. I'm curious seeing as the situation seemed to be in regards to time and resources, yeah? So that would click to me that they haven't sorted out their time table or freed up resources enough to even come up with an answer, or they've swept it under the rug. The sweeping under the rug is my initial fear of the matter. Of course, if it's time and resources then it brings the question up on why they're so unsure. Wish I was privy to that information in regards to the breakdown.
