Is there an ilvl requirement for shb dungeons?

I think that it should be a requirement to not have gear above a dungeon level in order to run through it ... So that level 80 Bard in i450 gear would have to put on ilevel 90 gear to do one of the level 50 MSQ roulettes. No more facerolling through Castrum!

That would terrible, because it promotes people holding on to old gear just to do content. Making item level syncs more strict would serve the same purpose without the armory chest bloat.
