I do - the same we see with the alliance-roulette right now: People adjusting their ilvl in a way that only allows them to end up in low level dungeons when using the roulette.

The easiest way to prevent this is to make the item level requirements also reflect levels: of one is level 75, for example, they have to have an item level above i390. This would prevent them from attempting to cheese the Leveling roulette the same way people do Alliance. The exact values would need adjusting for each dungeon to adequately reflect where ones gear should be relative to what’s available in terms of crafted and dungeon gear, but adding this is better in the long run. Even if it’s more work.
I wish they’d put it on Alliance Roulette.
