Is there an ilvl requirement for shb dungeons?

New problems like...there's probably some coding thing which is beyond my understanding, but otherwise I see no issue.

I do - the same we see with the alliance-roulette right now: People adjusting their ilvl in a way that only allows them to end up in low level dungeons when using the roulette.
