Is there an ilvl requirement for shb dungeons?

Non of the leveling dungeons have ilvl requirements, those are only in place for max-level dungeons - so the answer is basically yes and no. The three level 80 dungeons require an ilvl of at least 410.

Requests to put an ilvl on leveling dungeons has been made and this is their latest respond during the Live Letter LIII:

I see! Thanks, I guess such a restriction could cause people to cheese the system for low ilvl dungeons like you mentioned, although I don't see why anyone would (I hate getting thousand maws of Toto-Rak or something in my roulette ).
