What kind of support you expect us to give you? like I said, none of us can do anything about it, call costumer service again, it helps if you can actually find a number and give them a call, not just email.

You think just SE gets shitty costumer support? welcome to the world, ever tried to find out why a mystery fee appeared on your phone bill? kept getting connected with some pakistani guy who can barely speak english? sit at the phone for six hours on hold, have him finally pick up, refuse to tell you what the fee is for, than hang up on you when you ask to speak to his supervisor?
Also I hardly think C&B not supporting a backwater village is a 2 minute issue.
