Lightspeed > Swiftcast > Benefic II is redundant.
Also with those two ED's before, and Lightspeed, all being oGCDs, you could easily fit another Benefic II in there.

That's fair. Lightspeed in that rotation could feasibly be moved to after the Swiftcast + Benefic II for better effect, and a Benefic II put in Lightspeed's position.
