You know slow people will be send to A and will have fun killing the add with 10 people meanwhile people in B an C will have fun with 5 people wasting way more time but no apparently being and idiot an pull early seems the way to go.
What a joke. When I see how many time someone pull when not even half of the alliance is ready. And the poor excuse : My bad, auto run.
When the party wipe, it is absolutly clear the puller is this kind a damn rusher who doesn't even think before pulling. We need 4 people on each pad for each team and at least one player for each atomos.
Most of time everyone are... three or four people of the first team to reach the atomos areas.
And @hasana says : and the rusher to make lose time to everyone, and sometimes even killing the whole party only for the hope to win... five or ten seconds.

It's not even always an issue of one or two people being behind. I've had runs where the guy leading the pack pulls the instant it's physically possible to do so, while almost no one is in the room yet. Makes it tough for everybody to get to the right group before the door closes.
And fun fact - if there aren't enough people in any one alliance to stand on the pad for the Atomos, the entire raid will wipe. As in, hard enrage style insta-wipe. Yes, I have seen this happen. It pays to wait.
Edit to add - it's also very annoying when someone instapulls the boss immediately following the Atomos. If Alliance A, say, has to be on the pad til the last minute because another alliance took a while to kill theirs, then there's a good chance an instapull is going to mean half of alliance A isn't gonna be close enough to get the buff they need to fight the boss. Which really just makes the fight take longer for everyone.

I have quite a few things that annoy me—but what’s really getting on my nerves right now is tanks that don’t want to man up and tank things... but the minute you pull the boss they start a Provoke war with you. Man up and pull. Don’t Provoke off of the other tanks that had more guts than you to pull the boss...

it's fine, that 1 guy can do more damage than the 4 guys back in the day when 24 man dungeons were not a joke.
Yeah thats great and all, but none of you have actually answered the question. In my experience its not whole alliances its like 4-5 random people. What the heck are you doing that 19 other people somehow managed to make it to their areas and you couldnt? It's not even always an issue of one or two people being behind. Pop sprint.
Load times vary from computer to computer, and from connection to connection. Wait or wipe, the choice is yours.
I kinda did answer your question though? In my experience, I've had plenty of runs where a guy yolo pulls the instant he's close enough, and most of the alliances aren't in the room. I've literally had groups wipe because so few people were in the room that the fight insta ended itself. Point is that, in more than one of my runs of that raid, most of the group wasn't in the room when the guy got pulled - and A tends to end up with at least 3-4 extra people in it just about every time I run it.
I'm not just talking about myself here, lmao.
^Also this. Some people load slower, some people were further away from the exit when the last fight ended. It happens. Often enough to be noticeable.
Charging at the boss (or Atomos) when half the group isn't in the room helps absolutely no one. Wait a few seconds. It isn't gonna kill anybody - but rushing just might.
