- The RNG factor in crafting. Shit's already hard enough to get crafted, really don't need RNGesus to help me fail at them
- The housing situation on pretty much every server
- People that feel the need to comment because you're not adhering to their standard
- Inventory management
- The interface : everything needs to be done in specific steps, e.g can't perform an action while in crafting mode etc.

This for all eternity. There's a reason why crafting feels so high stress, and the RNG is the culprit. It's also why I really dislike regular fishing, there's not many ways you can manipulate things into your favor.
As much as I see people saying this, it's really only an issue if you're trying to craft items with absolute bare minimum required.
If properly geared not even the latest ShB crafts have a meaningful amount of RNG involved with them aside from getting a Reuse proc.

I am crafting heavensward Wyvern Leather, I have the best possible gear at the moment that I can wear/craft on my crafters.
Getting a HQ crafted is pure RNG, because I need all touches to succeed and/or get at least a good proc on Byregot.
Anything else is not a guaranteed HQ craft.
And that's with materia's melded.

It's probably because the way you are approching craft. Don't take it bad, I'm not moking. Here are a few tips I can give:
While you are in levelling phase, the best approach is to do tribes craft quests and challenge log for a main crafter that will lead your levelling for other crafts. In other words :
One crafter : tribes craft quest (mog, at your level, if I'm right) + challenge log + compagny deliveries (don't bother with hq if you can't make them, especially without HQ components it's too rng to worth it)
The mogs are bothering to unlock but really it worth it for xp.
For other crafters as soon as you can craft easily with one class:
until you reach 50 : Ixalis
50-60 : mogs + custom deliveries
60-70 : namazu + custom deliveries
70+ : Crystarium (the hall) deliveries
Any level : compagny deliveries, challenge log
When you have time for them : Leves
Leveling phase there are some on mostly all maps and cities
At your level 50-60, it should be Ishgard
Only when you reach 50/60/70/80 you can invest time and gils for craft stuff (medium gears 55/65/75 can be a bonus but all others are skippable).

That's nice if you want to power through them yes, but that's not my intended playstyle for crafting.
It's not impossible to HQ every item at level I'm doing, but it sure as heck isn't easy

- Tank that are impatience, have to pull the boss even someone miles away
Tank start blaming other when a wipe happen
Healer that forget their primary job
Healer that forget they have Esuna
Anyone that think healer will pull their HP up so they could comfortable sit in avoidable AOE
DPS that are so impatience have to pull next pack of mob or boss without first talking to the group
Rage quitter who quit after just 1 wipe
quitter who quit before the run even start
Fail my touch even it is 90% success
Fail my touch twice in a row even it is 90% success
Fail my touch 3 times in a row even it is 90% success

That so much of the jobs and the changes to skills appear to be based on the raid players and content, when there is a large portion of the population who play this game more casually, enjoying dungeons, and other content. Seeing jobs get gutted, left out of content, played less because now people who do raids have decided that the job is not effective enough is super frustrating. The fact that Social Media players who have a large following can have a significant level of influence on jobs that they admittedly barely play while the players who main those jobs disagree with the changes but are not heard. Why focus on only one area of content when you have a huge game that offers multiple opportunities for play? Isn't that supposed to be one of the great things about FFXIV? I have played and enjoyed raid content, but I also enjoy other areas of the game, and I have many friends who do not do that content at all. I also see the focus of discussions becoming about how individuals need to play their job most effectively...Isn't part of the point of an MMO and the challenge that you cannot control everything because you are playing with other individuals? If I wanted to control everything and not have to deal with other players, their style, or enjoyment of the game, I would NOT be playing a multiplayer game. As much as I may get frustrated, I also enjoy the challenges of group dynamics and having to adjust to the level and quality of the individuals I am playing with, it is part of what challenges the game.
