it's fine, that 1 guy can do more damage than the 4 guys back in the day when 24 man dungeons were not a joke.

What a joke. When I see how many time someone pull when not even half of the alliance is ready. And the poor excuse : My bad, auto run.
When the party wipe, it is absolutly clear the puller is this kind a damn rusher who doesn't even think before pulling. We need 4 people on each pad for each team and at least one player for each atomos.
Most of time everyone are... three or four people of the first team to reach the atomos areas.
And @hasana says : and the rusher to make lose time to everyone, and sometimes even killing the whole party only for the hope to win... five or ten seconds.

- Random virgins sending you a tell in Limsa assuming we wanna talk to you. (That means no, go away) I mean, theres a megathread here, and match.com. Stop assuming everyone wants to talk to your lonely behind.
- Bards trying to stake claims to songs they play when we all know its BMP, and NOT them. I mean, at least play songs everyone else hasnt played 50000 times. Im sick of hearing ffx and I used to love that OST.
Playing them off key to make it sound like its yours doesnt help, we still know its BMP but now you just sound horrible.
- Healers that will raise you but then not cure you post raise for up to 30 seconds, and you die again because of area wide unavoidable damage, and there was no mechanics stopping them from healing you. #find a new job
- Healers that refuse to raise unless swift cast is up even during battle downtime. #Also find a new job.
- DPS that forces healers to raise constantly in a farm party, stop making mistakes if its for farming, goto a clear party instead.
- Tanks that dont know how to use invuln buffs or OTs that are in tank stance
- People that try to take leadership roles and have no idea how to treat or communicate with people properly, let alone give bad instructions. No one is going to listen to an Ahole, be nice or stfu. Im pulling 12k dps on mch without food or dnc buffs, and no mistakes, do not talk to me as we all watch your loud mouth dying three times more then anyone else is.
- Mechanics that rely on 2 people, like brambles, and when the other person fks up and prepulls, not only doesnt take responsibilty but proceeds to try and blame the other person before anyone said anything, and you were gonna just let it go originally.
- People that dont know how to sell anything on the MB, like when items are 4999 each but they cut not 20%, not 50%. but 80-95% for literally no reason. Graduate from 6th grade, then come back and play.
- People that form “farm parties” but then disband after ONE run if they get the item first. Not just pass and leave, but fully disband, and before anyone can even say anything because they know theyre about to do something shi**y.
- Learning parties that expect ppl to know “everything” already. If they already know everything theres a reason they cant clear it, they suck. (This isnt me personally, ive joined a lot lately just to help in my freetime cause i enjoy helping, its fun, but then proceed to watch the party leader explain nothing, set 0 roles, and get pissed when people die in a learning party. Its ridiculous.
- People that say “Looking for party” when they have PF up. No, shut up, this is not wow. Looking for party means YOU are looking for a party, it has since ff11. Do not bring that broken english bs over here. Its PF up, not “looking for party”
- People that shout Inv when theres tons of PFs up already ....... You lazy bastards, open the PF up and stop shouting inv unless theres no PFs.
- Watching 4 mount drop in titania in 4 hours and youre looting over 90 each time but somehow didnt get a single one of them. Rng hurts sometimes lol!
- Clarifying youre in a run for a ninja weapon but youll play on Mch because its better dps, and also pass on the mch weapon, and everyone says ok no problem ty etc, then proceed to watch a jackass Sam Greed the ninja weapon, win it, then has nerve to say hell never even use it in voice chat. Ya douchebags, you know who you are. *cough* Do NOT TRUST LALAFELLS, EVER

Too many clicks, If I'm multiple menus deep while dealing with retainers or vendors, I have to click back out of all the submenus to escape. I should be able to end any of these sessions at any point by just waking away or hitting Escape (without another confirmation click).
Doing quests that require 5 logs and 15 branches (or equivalent), and getting nodes with no logs. SHould be one log and 3 branches from each so you only need to harvest 5 nodes.

I'm usually pretty chill but there was a few times I got pissed.
1) All Saint event whenever people keep opening jack-in-box even after you typed not to for the fifth time in party chat.
2) Eureka whenever I wanted to farm bunnies alone for mounts and there was that guy entering Eureka less than a minute before the fate would spawn.
3) Eureka again whenever people tried to spawn Cassie but Queen popped and they all run to Queen despite Queen timer is 30 min and Blizzards timer is 5-10 minutes left.
Melding interface not viewable when the materia slots are full. making it impossible to see what you might be able to change to without first retrieving one (and possibly shattering it)
Retrieving material from bottom slot (Should be any slot)

We can open the craft log and make changes in the inventory. But if we do a craft, we can't make changes in the inventory unless we close the craft log.
Yes, very annoying. One thing nice about Rift was that you could have your bags open, a materials vendor, and the craft interface (If near a crafting station) and use all three without having to close anything.
Also, fishing. In WoW, I could rearrange my bags while fishing, dump trash fish, etc. even while waiting for the next bite. I'd often make up multiple 1-stacks of the target fish as placeholders so all the new fish would drop into those shots, while fishing.

It's not even always an issue of one or two people being behind. I've had runs where the guy leading the pack pulls the instant it's physically possible to do so, while almost no one is in the room yet. Makes it tough for everybody to get to the right group before the door closes.
And fun fact - if there aren't enough people in any one alliance to stand on the pad for the Atomos, the entire raid will wipe. As in, hard enrage style insta-wipe. Yes, I have seen this happen. It pays to wait.
Edit to add - it's also very annoying when someone instapulls the boss immediately following the Atomos. If Alliance A, say, has to be on the pad til the last minute because another alliance took a while to kill theirs, then there's a good chance an instapull is going to mean half of alliance A isn't gonna be close enough to get the buff they need to fight the boss. Which really just makes the fight take longer for everyone.
