of course everything is perspective i agree with that, you can consider edge the same of dark arts but then i personally miss dark arts bcs brings something unique to the job like the old combo system on HW and how affects other skills, edge doesn't have that.
the slow feeling right now is didacted by peaks, old DRK versions wasn't like that, you use constantly you resources and oGCD in a higher rate and was more spread betwen you rotation that current one while right now you gather resources faster each 60s and spend it making the other 50s feels empty wich is one of the main complains since DRK never use to feel empty on certain times wich can make ppl dislike the job now.
other stuff is removing old mechanics and copy pasting the ones of other job making you feel you are playing that job with small diferences, the lack of variety on the DRK animations caused by the amount of actions removed makes the job looks repetitive in a visual viewpoint more if we add the spam mechanics the job has gain, soul eater combo without all the DA and oGCD management we use to have become more boring to wach, bloodspiller spam is the same, edge becoming our constan MP use plus the large recast of the other oGCD don't help either.
DRK not only feels extremly easy and simple compared to how use to be, the lack of options and the amount of repetitive animations you have to constanly watch at the same rate with little none variance gives a bad taste of the job, specially when we ask to DRK become more like HW, have GCD diversity with a new combo, ajusted resource management and more options to spend our resources to make it more dinamic, DRK feels boring and clunky for me mostly for blood weapon, delirium and TBN, i don't deny the jobs works but becomes to similar to WAR and feels so slow for me and if i want to play like WAR i play WAR.
