Striving for perfection is the path to one's downfall. 'Tis the paradox of the immaculate carrot. | Jah Bless. One God, One Aim, and One Destiny - Marcus Garvey.
Until the philosophy which holds one race superior and another inferior is finally and permanently discredited and abandoned, everywhere is war - Ras Tafari.

You ever heard one? Like a real one? Like the "I'm not gonna breathe at all as I scream at the top of my lungs for a solid 3mins52secs about everything that's wrong with everything" tirade?
I think OP was going for that and brought up the realism by making no paragraphs.
THANK YOU! Literally what I had been trying to explain to so many people. People always think big companies know what they're doing and are in the right 100% because "they must have the biggest legal team" - in reality, legal teams do not build the company and monitor, they only tweak contracts and such but are mostly are there to defend AFTER the facts. Appreciate your input - I think I couldn't have said it as well as you for my emotional distress during the occurrence.Eh, first off, a ToS you click through is BARELY legally binding. It's not like a real contract. Second, even if it were a real contract there are tons of state and federal laws protecting customers from illegal provisions. Like say, if the ToS clearly stated somewhere that SE will sell your personal information to black market internet data brokers, and you clicked agree, you could still sue SE once your identity is stolen and accounts are drained.
Digital property is obviously different. SE can't just delete 100's of dollars worth of digital property for spurious reasons, though; unless they refund you that's basically theft. The ToS stating they can doesn't make it legal; it all depends on the circumstances around why it was deleted.
You complete me <3 lol yuuuupppp.Because they're transcribing their real life tirade.

I had something similar happen when I bought Minecraft (back when the only way to get it was through Mojang's site). I had forgotten that the bank was explicitly told NOT to allow purchases made from foreign countries. Had to call the next day to allow the payment to go through. Not saying anything on OP's case but just a personal story, I once made an international purchase through Amazon and my credit card was like "WOT? NO!". Had to explain to them I actually wanted to order from the other Amazon lol. Dark Souls pre-order w/ steel book somehow was cheaper to convert currency and ship to me across the ocean than it was to buy locally (ended up costing me like $45. . . which I was totally okay with xD).
I've read that too many purchases within a time frame can trigger reactions from CC sometimes too.
I LIKE the fence. I get 2 groups to laugh at then.
