My account was terminated without ANY notice because of a payment disputed accidentally, not even by me. When I called and asked to be transferred to a higher up I kept getting "No I will not do that" by the customer service representative. I asked for some kind of contact whether email or phone number to where I can file a complaint with the legal department and the representative kept saying "You're not an attorney so I will not give you that" (Note: You DO not need an attorney to be self-representing) and it's also required in most call center settings that if you ask to be transferred to another department, they must or at least get you to the right person who you can at least voice your opinion to. I asked the customer service representative if their calls are recorded for training purposes and he said "I don't know - do you need anything else". My account was deleted on accident with no warning - I had every right to be upset but instead this person kept mocking me and "not agreeing with me" as if he should have a saying in what my rights are. I am disgusted with this treatment and will further look into contacting or being contacted by someone in legal department or a supervisor.
