I have that - it's rank 8 healer atm.. would like to be able to get more fates done to level it. It's not enough, plus my heal is so weak it's a joke.

You really should never be using physick to heal passed level 50 on SMN because it scales on MND (if then.) If you're really struggling, switch to your SCH. Could also be a gearing issue.

I have 385-400 gear in all slots atm.. I don't have any issues in a dungeon.. it's the lack of heals in the open world which are a pain.. that or the complete lack of defense.

Prior to Shadowbringers I had already switched to using Ifrit or Garuda all the time.
Somewhere between lvl 60 and 70 Titan egi stopped adding value.

I agree it takes some time to adjust to the changes between 4.0 and 5.0.

SMN 76, ilvl 400 here.

I can kill anything that's not a boss in ShB within 6 seconds, 5 for FATEs.

For big enemies i FATEs just swap to Titan-egi.
