He was perfectly fine with MNK RoF slowdown, so yeah. On his videos he used to praise AST like many others but suddenly the old card system was way too problematic.

ofc raiders and specially DPS would be happy to have a constant increase on their numbers and wouldn't care about the healers play-style, (I know this isn't the topic) are there any influencers that main healer? not a single of the YT FFXIV channels on my sub feed talk anything healing related and the current situation. You would assume with healers where there are only 3 choices and yet AST is being used less than 10% for raiding would make some kind of fuss about it.

I find it funny that once he learned about new Astro he immediately started talking about how Astro needed changes. Then once the rework was shown he talked about how great it was.

Then I remember watching his podcast type video where him, Sly, and Tot were all talking about the changes. During this Astro came up and Happy was oozing all over it. Saying how amazing it was and no buffs were needed, and the class had so much depth.

Sly said that this rework wasn't as good as Happy was saying. That it's unfair for Astro's cards to be shafted like they were, and that issues were going to come from this. That astro mains wouldnt be happy with this....and Happy blew it off saying no its good. That Sly just didnt understand, and that the devs are great.

I dont go by his word anymore. Sometimes sucking up hurts players more than actual feeback.
