The Trust Characters take too long to do their attacks.

I can earn exp faster by soloing FATEs than doing dungeons with Trusts. They're just outright trash at their current level.

So maybe they're designed for purposes other than "fastest way to earn EXP"? Playing without pressure, using classes you don't feel confident with yet for group play, seeing how the characters act and interact...
