People have come up with a bunch of ideas - there were even a few buried in the mess that is this thread

I mean heck, I'd be happy with actual numbers in stone sea and sky. Stick a meter in there, whatever. I just want to actually quantitatively know how well I'm doing without risking a ban for something that shouldn't be bannable.
