Your health needs time to regen if you were on a class/job with a lower HP pool and then switch back to whatever you queued with that might have a higher one; there's no guarantee HP regen at the start of a run is a result of "gear cheesing" at the time the person entered the queue.

That is true but I seen people at around 2500 or 3000 and then suddenly start regening hp because those numbers I just said aren't their max HP anymore.
