A parser does not have an effect on the game whatsoever. The game doesn't even know the parser exists. The parser doesn't even look at the game itself. The parser literally translates log files that are already saved on your computer to an easier format to read.
If you want to play on words:
1) Interaction can be direct or indirect. If the parser change the player behavior, then you have a indirect relationship.
2) Parsing give you an advantage (which is also brohibited) — or it don't give you an advantage (so why use it?)
3) it also fall under analyzing and/or retro engineer the data

You might find the wording weak, but you would stand no change to fight a suspension of account with that argument
