    I know its bannable but I forgot under the ToS where it is applied. I know I seen a few people do it who's 'internet' went out for a moment there. Every single cutscene it seems.

    then they are doing it on purpose because if it only happens in cutscenes and not in between then it not because faulty internet its in the Tos about exploiting a ingame bug to gain things
