If you're in the dirt for extended time - was there multiple people in the dirt? Healer may have prioritized other party members for their Swiftcast + Raise, thus making you "feel" ignored.

Generally, the only time I let someone rot in the dirt is because I'm tired of raising them and rotting is actually better for the group continuity (or it is simply faster to return to the start and shortcut back to the group).

Also: who said healing is only about oGCD healing while casting spells?! Who said that?! HOW WILL I FEED MY BLOOD LILIES! That's about the only on-GCD curing that I use now... splashed in with Regens during times I have to move.
Nope I was the only one down. And I am also a rdm, I could actually help with raises if everyone goes face down. It's just a glaring case of tunnel vision,
