Make sure you contact them first to confirm and get their name and employee number or case number if any.
Don't want to end up deleting and losing the 3 month payment you put in the wrong character and them saying, too bad its your fault for deleting....
exactly, thats why i said to contact SE before doing it.
im sure by the end of the day itl become a known issue and something will be done about it that wont require this, it cant be an uncommon occurance.
we shoulda had all this solved a year ago, but since they didnt bill a year ago, they werent able to catch all this kinda stuff that could be happening(all companies go through this to some extent, im sure the fact weve been live for a year doesnt help it at all though)
