I think having 'mixed' races on the game in some way would be cool, like allowing u to make a midlander with elf ears, or a miqote with rabbit ears, but its veeeeeery unlikely to happen QWQ

You start getting very unfortunate implications if you allow mixed races to be more common (potato x cat daddy/queen for example) and which point you said it best :
