And yet at times I got away with Dark Arts on Syphon, Soul, and Bloodspiller. Was it the preferred rotation or the correct thing to do at the time? Probably not but it felt good to just shrug and blow it. Would I do this every time? No of course not but simply being able to do that felt good.

As for the boss fights, I don't see that being enough to change it and if it DOES change the feeling, it's the fight that's good. Not the actual class. Put another way, I don't think the fights are going suddenly make MNK fun to play if you didn't like what they did(or keep doing) to it. DRK shouldn't get a free pass.
