The game is capped at 60fps

The game is capped at whatever vertical refresh rate you have. In your case prolly a 60Hz monitor. In some cases, like mine, a 120Hz monitor could get you a capped 120fps.

+Nvidia panal and ATI cat both have options to force off V-Sync, can't get it to work, but some say they have.
