Yes being hard capped at 90FPS would be a bad more for SE to do.. but you can't expect people who've never been that high to care. If you've only been capped at 60 or worst yet.. 30 complaining to them being capped at a rate higher then theirs is pointless.

There is no other reason than that.

Aggression-Based Schadenfreude primarily involves group identity. Cause the patch isn't out yet and people are trying to past the time before they get back into the game. That and you can't stop people from expressing their opinion... rather if it matters or not.
