Yes being hard capped at 90FPS would be a bad more for SE to do.. but you can't expect people who've never been that high to care. If you've only been capped at 60 or worst yet.. 30 complaining to them being capped at a rate higher then theirs is pointless.

But if they don't care and it doesn't affect them, then why are they even posting?
