Rework the market system to allow purchase offer listings and eliminate undercutting

what a pointless and dismissive response. i don't think rumbling controller notifications for duty queues were very pressing either but we got that anyway. point out where i said the market system was broken. you also didnt address the ability to put up buy offers. try writing something more intelligent next time.

Word of advice to you, OP: next time you want to make a suggestion, why don’t you lay off of the unnecessary attacks and sarcasm? That’s not how you get support or (positive) attention for your suggestion. If anything, it will just make people ignore it entirely.
