If not, it's still modified to the point where it is different than a hyur model, and if you think about it, some of the races probably used a hyur base and then have been adjusted. Meanwhile, you keep suggesting faces and body types that are straight up hyur. I think viera should have faces unique to viera, not hyur. Like I said, take a look at the concept art. Their faces are very distinct.
