Prae does. Castrum only takes around 35-40 minutes if the tanks do long pulls.

So assuming it takes an hour for each run to form up a party and suffer through all the cutscenes each time - it will take 34 hours of utterly boring grinding to get the earrings - something that is not even visible on all races.
