It’s actually weaker than a Ruin III enhanced by Ruination and the 100 potency gained from having both Miasma and Bio up. Potencies aren’t final, so hopefully they adjust it for the better.

Since tri-disaster becomes available when we summon Phoenix at Lv.80, it’s a little awkward to consider our Ruin III is stronger than our “Phoenix empowered” spells.

Exactly what I was thinking. Why have this build up to a lvl 80 skill if it's really just the same as Ruin III?
I know it's to proc Brand Of Purgatory but that doesn't seem very exciting.
Since the potencies are subject to change we won't really know until the patch notes drop.
