I think we can take an educated guess as to how male viera will look.
Anyone, please correct me if I am wrong, but I read somewhere on here that this tweet was commissioned by Matsuno himself - the person who worked on FFXII. Can anyone confirm he commissioned this picture of male viera?

Judging by the concept art, Yoshida's description, Matsuno's description, and now this allegedly commissioned tweet, we have a rough idea how male viera would look. The devs and Matsuno seem to already have an idea for the design of male viera, and I think we should respect that.

I don't think he ever fully commissioned it in the way you're thinking. I think he said it would be neat to see this persons take on a male Viera but not as in, "Give me a design."

I'm not going to try and guess his emotions, but I am going to guess what "GJ!!" means. I think it's "good job!!".
