This goes to what I was saying earlier, as long as you are not forced to click agree, then you're not actually agreeing to it. It says "you may terminate" but does not say "you must terminate" therefore you are given the option to continue playing while not agreeing. Again when mentioning that your continued use means you agree doesn't hold up either because if you havent received an email or read the post on the website then you're not informed of any change to the rules. The rule changes don't hold up.
