This is just one of the many reasons why XIV's ToS enforcement is trash.

Anyone with a brain is not going to try to retaliate against someone after they've been reported once, so trying to "protect" the one who reported somebody by refusing to elaborate on ToS violations is really stupid.

.....I think people would be incredibly likely to harass the person who reported them if they knew who to go after. Humans are an incredibly petty bunch.
