.....I think people would be incredibly likely to harass the person who reported them if they knew who to go after. Humans are an incredibly petty bunch.

even if that was the case if someone is going to report because their feelings got hurt they would use common sense and black list that person right after so that shouldn't even be a worry.

Common sense is lacking quite often though. There is a reason why the OF, and I think even the Sub, doesn't allow names to be dropped.
