Adding new mechanics? That's a spin. It's more accurate to admit they're stripping down and homogenizing the healer archetype instead. There's nothing to celebrate about this update if you're a Scholar main. It's going to suck.

Well, let's face it: SCH's been a staple of the Raid Meta for years. Having a shake-up or two isn't going to kill SCH(and even though I do think they should've had SCH keep some AoE at 4.0, they eventually gave it back), but rather evolve it. I mean, they're going to have a RESPONSIVE FAIRY for once. No more independent pet systems that require macros to execute.

if by spin you mean *the truth* then yes It is a massive spin on it.
At least for WHM, they didn't as much as add a new mechanic, but finally made the one that was already there usable. AKA they finally, after two years, did what they should have done ages ago. There's really nothing to commend them for. Most of what we got to see so far in leaks is just improving on what we had before, we don't get that much new stuff. We get slightly better at healing while moving - yay, we finally caught up to AST and SCH! Amazing! Well,it's not, that's what should have happened ages ago.
What's even worse is that it already is to the point that the only unknown skill left not covered in leaks is Afflatus Rapture. I so, so hope it will be a group buff of some sort. It does sound like it might by name alone, so I'm holding a small scrap of hope that it will be, but I'm really trying not to get my hopes up too much since I know how incompetent they have been in the past. If it's not... then I don't know if Temperance will be enough to save the job.
if leaks are even remotely true.
yea hlr balance is not even remotely happening and whm will most likely spend another expansion at the bottom due to it.
Guy butt is best butt <3
Very true! But sch nerfs have been necessary for literally 99% of SB soooo... good?
