There’s a huge difference between dungeons and Savage—dungeons can be steamrolled doing the bare minimum 1-2-3–you don’t need a full rotation for them; you don’t even need a proper rotation for them—but Savage takes more and always has. If there are instances where jobs are found to be lacking and said lacking impacts the way the content is completed, then I think that’s fairly decent reasoning.
