    Bold of you to assume that these duties (especially older content that is synced) will be decently PUGable. It'll turn into a weekly Salt Roulette in an instant.
    Besides these types of duties already have built-in incentives that keep people running them. Mounts, dyeable raid gear, weapons, etc.
