Well, that's why I included "who are upset by this person" - so if offered in that light, I don't think it would qualify as harassment. Telling a player they can report and blacklist just means they can move on and continue playing.
eureka needs the chat to be effective. I don't know if the person should be actioned, but discord or like minded people doesnt work. The goal in eureka is to make sure 90% of the people know whats going on, and what the plan is for the instance. Getting into, and leaving Fate groups.
Where things are spawning, when things died, where one can find/update trackers, which NM to target. Its not about finding small groups alone, even though that is another use.
They should ban Urianger for *potential spoilers*
not actually being unconscious.

Not sure what relevance that has to flooding chat, or if you just discovered it and want to talk about it somewhere, but there's a perfectly good reason for him doing that...
It's just a particularly glaring example of the way all quest-giving NPCs can be stuck in place until you complete their quests, even if the person should be elsewhere. If you left all your raid quests half-finished, Cid would be standing around in Mor Dhona, Dravania and the interdimensional rift simultaneously.
There's a localised time anomaly at the Waking Sands post-4.4 that will resolve as soon as you've finished all the quests that not-unconscious Urianger has to give you or be involved in: the EX primals and the Binding Coil. If everything is finished and he isn't required for gameplay purposes, he won't be there.
Strange was yesterday just during part of the evening time in Pagos instance as you and didn't saw anyone with that behavior can you mention the character name? There's been one person actively flooding the chat in Eureka Pagos for 3 days, constantly trying to derail the train and overall be the ultimate obnoxious little child.
She has at least 20 confirmed reports and god knows how many other ones, now she has moved in Pyros and is doing the same thing there, actively trying to derail the train, flooding the chat endlessly and making it as hard as possible to run a train and pretty much pissing off the entire instance.
How many stupid reports do people need to file against a person for GM's to take action? It's been 3 days. This is honestly getting ridiculous.
I'm posting here because ingame nothing happens, emailing SE, nothing happens, just "we're investigating."
They've been investigating one player disrupting entire instances on purpose for 3 days. How about some action SE?
Do you have screenshots you could share please? So we have sure this isn't a situation of a sour grapes/jealous player wanting other banned for personal reasons.

You're not allowed to "name and shame" people on the forums, so no, she can't say who it was. And there can be multiple instances of Eureka running at once.Strange was yesterday just during part of the evening time in Pagos instance as you and didn't saw anyone with that behavior can you mention the character name?
Do you have screenshots you could share please? So we have sure this isn't a situation of a butt hurt player wanting other banned for personal reasons.
Could be at time we were not there but did not see anything the like described by the OP.Strange was yesterday just during part of the evening time in Pagos instance as you and didn't saw anyone with that behavior can you mention the character name?

Yeah we were on same instance yesterday
Oh ok thank you, if the GM's need I can provide the encrypted text logs on my side of yesterdays Pagos instance by the time we were there in the same instance as the OP.
