Housing Transfers Should Be On Timers

Today I waited from about 3am to 12pm for a plot, only to get sniped by a person who already had a house.

Not only did they do this, but they also made fun of me, and trolled for a few hours before doing it. They tried to make me afraid of their ability to do it.

Square Enix, we need more wards. Wayyyy more wards, and we need to put housing transfers on a timer. No one should get an advantage over housing.

I'm having a hard time imagining that someone would troll you for a few hours, while plenty of other house-hungry Balmungers could easily swipe the house.

I don't doubt that words might have been shared between both sides, but I'm struggling with that other bit.
