After playing FFXI for a few weeks, cant wait for Trusts!

I'll leave you with one last thing here. Say there is an amazing sushi bar in your area, and everyone talks about how great it is. The sushi is delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the service is topnotch. But you don't eat sushi, would you ask the owner to to add hamburger and pizza to the menu?

Ridiculous straw man, but still even more funny is that I have never visited a Sushi bar that does not sell other things in the menu besides just sushi. From soup and ramen to rice and cooked meats, it's rare that a sushi bar will sell nothing but sushi. But I guess you are the kind that will yell at other tables at sushi bars for ordering the noodles instead of minding your own business.

Here you go. Also Kleeya above me sums up my view pretty well. Before the announcement of trusts ideas like this would have been quickly dismissed, now we are at the point where its being welcomed.

Anyway. No one is suggesting removing group content away from the game. Where have you read this?

Anyways, I am here hoping they make Trusts available from 1 - 80, and not only in dungeons, but also zones. Anyways, I know it's a multiplayer game, being encouraged to play with others, I accept that. But sometimes, very often, there is just no one that qualifies to help on the content you want to do. I just hope Trusts don't end up being overly restricted "only once a day", "only these select dungeons" or anything like that.

Anyways, it's irrelevant. The devs added chocobo companions for the open world since, forever. I would much rather have a more interesting companion on world fights than a chocobo. And they also already decided trusts are going to be a thing in duneons, so oposition to the idea is irrelevant.

I'm going to sound like a broken record here, but you obviously do not enjoy multiplayer games. So why go into a multiplayer game if you dislike playing with people so much? There are plenty of fun single player games where you don't have to interact with randoms or anyone at all.

This is a great game with a great story that can be enjoyed, over 90%, solo. I only *need* a party for dungeons, and they tend to help leveling up, but they are not the only way to level up. I also always have the option to do thing with others. Believe me, if i could bring a single or couple of RL friends into Final Fantasy 12 or 13, I would in an instant. Having the option to play with others, not being forced to, is a crucial part why I play these games.

I enjoy all types of content...in FFXI I would duo or trio a lot of content that we could manage it was a challenge but fun and when I needed to team up I would.
I enjoy content with FC members or rl friends but other times I am on my own and I enjoy the none toxic elitist mindset of some players. I have met some lovely people and some who I would rather forget..

The trust sytem sounds really nice and I can not wait to give it a go, I enjoy solo/duo play in a MMO its my personal choice and I pay my sub. I can do things at my own pace without being insulted or have to listen to people being insulted. The game caters for everyone now and that is a good thing. If you don't want to use trusts then that's fine but it is handy if you need to do content and you do not have a group or the time to wait for people because of RL. I hope they are like in XI but we shall see.

People fearing trusts are missing the point.
A lot of people who are looking forward to trusts are already not playing with you or are rarely playing with you. I doubt effect on duty finder will be that great.

I plan to use them for first time runs through a dungeon so for once I can play at my own pace without speed running... I already feel more connection to story NPCs than other players in dungeons because of how dungeon play is setup in this game.

Also it will be fun unlocking all of them.

Another bonus is that maybe, once again, we'll get to play with NPCs who were killed...

I personally found the squadron dungeon runs to be annoying due to how the NPCs behaved. Unless they're greatly improved upon in the expansion, I don't know if I'd want to suffer new dungeons with that AI. To each their own though on that point :X

Old Savage Content/Extreme Trials - Can finally farm glamour items without the wait
Fates
Eureka/Diadem type content
Leve quests

Pretty much everywhere except towns/cities.
