Party composition is 2 tanks/2 healers/2 melee/1 physical range/1 caster, sure. So explain to me why the physical range get 3 jobs for 1 slot and the healers get 3 jobs for 2 slots.

I'm not against Dancer being a ranged DPS - I think it's a cool idea, actually - but I am against a ranged DPS coming at the expense of a healer when the healer role needed a new job more.
