Give the possible Eureka 5.X its own weapon, and separate Relic from it

OP isn't advocating 2 relics. Classic Relic + Eureka gets its own Weapon and Gear

If it's separating the relic and just giving Eureka a weapon like the tome weapon that doesn't reach max ilvl (like 405 in the current patch), then that's a no. I'm OK with two paths for the same weapon. But putting the relic back to the same ARR/HW grind style and just throwing some useless weapon in Eureka is not what us that like Eureka want. Just because we like Eureka doesn't mean we don't care about the relic weapon itself.
