Give the possible Eureka 5.X its own weapon, and separate Relic from it

I'd rather keep it at just 1 relic. :v it is less special if there is more than 1 per expansion.

OP isn't advocating 2 relics. Classic Relic + Eureka gets its own Weapon and Gear
