Rework Bluemage!

Bluemage in its current state is a time sink and nothing more.

I think that's putting it generously. It lasted 4 days for me.

Level 50.
All Achievements.
All Spells, including primal spells.

Now although it's only because I was lucky but I don't see how a 4 day timesink is supposed to keep me, or anyone else, playing for the long term. I completely ignore the weekly carnivale rewards because I don't need poetics or allied seals anymore. It was amusing for maybe a day or two.

If this is all a "limited job" is good for then any other limited job is going to be a mess. It's like "Hey fellow devs, what job should we throw under the bus next?" It is depressing he is doubling down on one of the worst things to have done in this game.
