Ability to switch jobs would be nice, but I feel concerns are being blown out of proportion. You don't have to clear the entire dungeon to get upgrade items for more dmg. As more and more players get upgrades and have seen the fights, it'll get easier and easier. The bigger issues are with lag or disconnects at a bad time and abilities not showing up.

Asks SE for content that isn't braindead, gets that content, then complains that they can't easily pair up with a premade so they can clear the content within the first week with less difficulty.

Complains about the average player being bad (rightfully so), then goes on to hinder the average player's ability to queue and get upgrades or experience.

Maybe if your definition of Savage is O6S. Alliance raids with the difficulty of the last two floors would be a terrible waste of resources unless the content creators had nothing else to do.
