I don't even like most of the female locked outfits, but I'd love to have any of the outfits from the female counterparts of the male non-XIV characters we have. But sadly all we have is Lightning which is not a veteran reward so it must be bought from the Mog Station, and Yuna which is no longer available.

There is a very clear imbalance of how glams are targeted, towards both male and female characters. There should not be significantly more male representation for non-XIV characters, and glams in general should not favour female characters more. Both should be equal.

And please no one talk to me about how male outfits are more gender neutral so that's why we should get more male FF outfits than female. That's basically telling players who play female characters that they should be happy with hand-me-downs just because society says it's fine for a woman to wear men's clothing. I don't care if Squall's outfit looks good on a woman. I don't want to dress up like Squall. I want to dress up like Rinoa.

Gender locking should be abolished anyway. Let everyone wear whatever they want with whatever hairstyle they want. More cosmetic options is always a good thing.
I agree with everything except removing gender locking. I'll never be for this. As I said before, I am very traditional and prefer females to look like females, and males to look like males. Yes, I know there are a lot of unisex options out there already. I never really noticed an imbalance, likely because I see all the gripes about all the female glamour options and I only seek out female attire. But when it comes to iconic gear, like I told the previous poster, if they are modified for the opposite gender then I wouldn't really consider it a Squall or Cloud outfit anymore, and just something that resembles it. I would much rather them just release the iconic female outfits to make things fair.
