Even assuming, which is a massive reach, that everyone did read this: what’s to stop people from ignoring it either because they’re trolling you with spoilers or because they find the channels they already use more convenient? You’re not going to get this spoiler-free environment you’re asking for by asking nicely. Short of actively screening every chat message before it goes to your chat window, they cannot prevent it.
You know, theres an option you can hide anything thats text message from yell to shout in the chat window. OwO So if your seeing spoilers, its your fault, not other players. Especial not SE's fault.

Nonsense. Shout is a necessary tool for finding groups from Eureka to BLU, Hunts are announced via Shout too, and to a lesser extent, Yell and Say. To hide any of these means to risk gimping your experience of the game and missing vital communication.
The only person who's fault it is for spoiling things, is the person spoiling it.

To a lot of people, the shout you refer to as 'spoiling' is as helpful as the other shout-types you mentioned. It's very subjective. Therefore it's up to every person to decide what they prefer - to get 'spoiled' and benefit from the rest of those boons, or avoid spoilers and miss out on everything else. It's not one's job to censor your chat channel in this game but yours.

This is true, but it doesn't make it any less the fault of the person shouting the spoiler.
As you must weigh up the risk/benefits of hiding shout/yell, when you shout a spoiler you weigh up the risk/benefits of doing so.
You can always Tell the person asking.

Being your fault doesn't mean you need to be censored or that it should be against the rules, but those who are spoiled are justified in being annoyed at you.

Implying everyone's concept of 'spoiling' is the same. They might not see it as a spoiler at all and thus, not see the need to be careful about it.

but those who are spoiled are justified in being annoyed at you.
Is it their right? Yes. Is it justified? That's debatable.

If u dont want to get spoild your going search for ppl who dont want to get spoild. You either create PF for this or u hope ppl who dont want to get spoiled dint hide shout or chat in general. You just cant blame ppl who shout out whats the next mob they need to kill. You cant enforce ppl to stop spoiling it for you.

Like Billy sayd, other ppl want to know what comes next.
