A question for the BLU peeps

By requiring that you unlock every skill before entering the instance or queuing for a roulette, and by letting you swap skills when out of combat like you could swap role skills.

But what makes you think that the skills the party choose for me are better that the ones I chose ? Will you let me equip 49 skills to avoid any drama...like you can equip every role skill at all now ?

And why should I have to unlock every skill to join a low level instance while every other job would only have the skills tied to its sync lvl ? And while other are not required to do every job quest, even though doing them requires no RNG at all ?
If Tsukuyomi taught me a new skill, would I be restricted to enter Deltas/Sigmascape even though I could enter before ?
