    I think there should be no iLvl minimum since we have the Party Finder minimum iLvl option available. That way you can help FC mates who aren't quite at iLvl but want the practice or clear.

    Queue as a full premade and ilvl restrictions are lifted. I'd say that's the best way to do it given how the EU/NA community tends to operate.

    As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.

    True. They should provide leaders with an iLvl lock so that even changing gear later still has the restriction.
