It's ridiculous to deny the entire world a useful tool because a handful of idiots will misuse it.

It's ridiculous to deny the entire world roulettes because a handful of socially inept people are incapable of dealing with other players. Specially in a healthy playerbase estimated over 500k instead of a dying niche MMO estimated to have below 50k players.

No offense to the OP but we can't have an idea be useful for a fraction of people only to ruin everything for the majority.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like you're saying that a handful of socially inept people will use their NPCs to do everything and thus completely ruin the roulette system for the entire game community of 500,000+. It's almost as if you've defeated your own argument, but again I could have read your post wrong.
