Recent Yoshi post causing lag to get rid of lag

I believe the reason for "1)" is that only 40 characters can be loaded on screen at one time... add slight lag depending on where you are in the world, and more lag depending on the machiene you're running it off of, you get this lag.

Just to confirm here... When I have to wait for the NPC to pop in Ul'dah to get leves--on good days it takes 10 to 20 seconds--is it my computer for the most part causing the lag? or is it the server lags fault?
